A custom-made service for brides to be!!

Do you know exactly what you're looking for or need inspiration? Have you seen something on our website that you would like to rework to fit your day? This service will ensure that your pollen & plume piece is perfect for you.

Simply follow these steps….

Step 1 - Email alison@pollenandplume.com.au

  Include the following information:

* Your name

* Contact number

* Best time for me to call you for initial consultation.

* Accessory you require, i.e. Crown, Earrings, Cuff

* Date of wedding

* If you have them, please include photos of your dress, shoes, venue and overall wedding vibe.

Step 2 – I will call you for the initial consultation. We will get to the bottom of what you are looking for and give you a price guide for your pollen & plume piece/pieces.

Step 3 – If pollen & plume feels like the right fit for you, a $100 payment is required to cover the creation of design and options for you to choose from.

Step 4 - Once a design is finalised, I will make your piece. Pictures will be emailed to you along the way for feedback and approval.

Step 5 – Your piece is ready!! At this point the balance payment is due and your piece will be sent out via express post, (tracking) Ready for your big day!! (overseas shipping to be worked out depending on the piece).
