We aim to process your refund within 10-14 working days of receipt of the returned piece.
Please note that returned pieces are deemed to have a major fault if they have a major fault in workmanship. Each piece is individually handcrafted and bespoke, made with great care using delicate and fragile materials, fabrics, embellishment and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, colour and fabrication. These are not major faults in workmanship and are consistent with handmade couture quality. If a piece has a major fault, then a) we will repair the piece within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or credit note. b) the cost of the return postage may not be refundable and you may also be responsible for any additional postage and handling cost incurred by delivery to you of a returned, repaired or new piece. No refund or credit will be issued for change of mind.

PRODUCT CARE
Please protect the fabric petals and stones in hair accessories by covering before spraying your hair with hairspray. Please avoid getting hairspray and makeup on your earrings, very heavy makeup can transfer on to the fabric.
If your piece needs post party cleaning there are a few things you can do…
If your make up was oil based you will need a solvent such as dry cleaning fluid, your dry cleaner may be able to help you. Alternatively you could try acetone or pure alcohol. As long as the petals don’t get very  wet they will be fine. Use a cotton bud to apply and try and dab rather than rub. Alternatively, many make up artist use baby wipes or a makeup removal wipes to get makeup out of fabric.
Our pieces are delicate handmade items and should be treated with care and love.
